Pearly Gate Court No. 98 Heroines of Jericho Prince Hall Affiliation was chartered July 17, 1906. With God on their side, these ladies worked to establish and build our court to a membership of about 600 members by 1929. They raised money, helped finance construction of new lodges, and supported their neighbors in the 5th Ward Community. We are determined to continue the legacy.
Our vision is to build “strong leadership" for positive influence.
Our mission is to provide a platform for education, advocacy, and resources to enable women to thrive and reach their full potential. Through community-driven initiatives, mentorship programs and educational resources we aim to create a world where every woman has the tools, knowledge and support to succeed.
Since our inception in 1906, our organization has impacted the lives of thousands of women and children through our various programs. We have fed the hungry, helped the homeless and provided scholarships to those in need. We are proud of the positive impact we continue to make in Houston, Texas.
You are cordially invited to join us for our 119th anniversary celebration.
